Prof. Vernhet was also an accomplished researcher, significantly contributing to the advancement of knowledge in oenology. She focused on various aspects of wine processing and its impact on wine quality and stability.
Expertise in Wine Processing
As the module coordinator for the Wine Processing module in the Vinifera Euromaster program, Prof. Vernhet shared her expertise in filtration, clarification, stabilization, and other critical wine processes. Her insightful teaching style and deep knowledge enriched the learning experience of countless students.
