Prof M Strobl

Mark Strobl is Professor in Process Engineering, Bottling Techniques, Addiction Prevention, Beverage Technology, Water & Mineral Water at Geisenheim Hochschule University, Germany.Over his career he has been Laboratory Director at Bayerische Brauerei Kaiserslautern, Director of Operations for Brauereigesellschaft Meyer & Söhne, Riegel am Kaiserstuhl, Quality Manager at Fürstlich Fürstenbergische Brauerei Donaueschingen, Technical Section Leader for Haller Löwenbräu & Wildbad Quelle Schwäbisch Hall.

Vinifera teaching: In this programme he teaches on Process Engineering and Wine in Moderation, within the Wine Processing module.

Research interests: 

– cavitation in pumps

– filling techniques

– cleaning techniques

– mineral water & wine

– microplastic in beverage production
