Erica Prins possessed a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and a viticulture technician diploma before joining the program. Graduating in 2020 with M2 studies at Instituto Superior D Agronomia, Universidade de Lisboa, Portugal Erica’s master thesis, “Comparison of 4 commercial yeast strains on Riesling in the Clare Valley,” showcased her dedication to exploring the nuances of yeast strains in winemaking.
Currently, Erica serves as the Head of R&D at Agrolaguna in Istria, Croatia, with a continued commitment to advancing knowledge and innovation in the field.
