Prof. Enrico Peterlunger is full Professor at the University of Udine, teaching Viticulture modules at Bachelor (Viticulture and Enology) and Master (Viticulture and Enology Sciences) level. He graduated in Agricultural Sciences at the University of Padova and specialized in Viticulture and Enology at the University of Udine.

Vine anatomy
Berry composition in anthocyanins and proanthocyanidins
Grape selections with introgressed resistance genes

International involvement:

Prof Peterlunger is member of the Italian delegation at the OIV and he is the Director of the M2 Vinifera at Udine.

He is a member of the American Society for Enology and Viticulture.
